第９回 Regular Ol' Blog

Hey guys! How’s it going?
I thought it would be like cool to kind of just talk about what I’m doing lately and how things are going and I want to show you how nice my hair is.
It’s like so smooth.
So you might know but I just came back from Canada and Canada was super fun.
Having lived in Canada for like 17 years before I move to Japan,
I’d always taken things for granted.
You know I have never realized how beautiful nature is, how like how the hill is alive with the sound of music(??)
It’s really cold but it’s kind of cool, because it’s not that cold.
Other places in the world(??).

Ultimately I think I was more stressed that a week before going to Canada that I was during the entire trip in Canada.
The only downside being that I didn’t really have any time to buy souvenirs which was resulted in being desperate enough to steal jam from restaurants.

But that’s not all.
I also managed to steal soap from every hotel that I went to.
(??take ? with me.)
And it’s not really stealing.
It’s like when you get coffee and ask for two creams but you only use one.
So Canada was great!

Moving on to more current in Japan like things…
Last month before I went to Canada, actually I had gone to Tokyo for a photo shoot.

And to explain what that was for it’s like I can’t really explain and you’re better off looking at this website here musicispower-sptv.com
I’m working with the sky perfect TV on a project called music is power and it’s kind of cool.

It’s like about music, how music gives a power.
I’ll be a hosting 1 hour live broadcast on sky perfect TV.
I believe BS スカパー and　すかちゃんファイブ.
We’ll be like reading these messages about people’s power songs.
So it’s going to be really cool and I’ve never done live TV before and I can’t say for certain that’s going to be perfect( and ??).
But you know that’s the beauty of live TV and if you don’t live in Japan you’ll still want to see it,

there’ll be U-stream broadcast so you can watch me be nervous from anywhere you are in the world.
Aside from that things have been pretty busy I guess for me like I feel happiest (with?) what I have all things is going on and what I have projects that I get to be busy and do things that I love.
But next month I have no plans at all and I’m pretty sure I’m going to go, I’m going to spiral into deep depression.
I’m really excited that this year I had so many cool opportunities.

But I also feel like I have to find a career soon and I have to figure out what I’m going to do with the rest of my life because I can’t just keep relying on lucky chances in good 出会い.
Next year I’ll be graduating music school and then I have to kind of figure out what I’m going to do after that so that’s kind of what the next few months is going to be about for me.
It's kind of figuring out where I am at, what I can do and of my future possibilities are.
So wish me luck because this is really going to be stressful.

意味：最近の出来事
ミカエラさんの動画にはwhat~形がたくさんあって丸暗記するには持ってこいですね(≧▽≦)/
最後にlatelyなんて付けれるようになったたらもうネイティブって言っても過言ではないですよ！




２how things are going

意味：（仕事、人生）どんな調子か
howは大事でしょ
ミカエラさんの動画見てなかったらこんなフレーズ絶対言えてないですよ　笑




３Canada was super fun

意味：カナダは超おもしろい♪
super exciting
super depressing
super thrilling
もう時代はvery よりもsuperですよ　笑




４I move to Japan

意味：日本に移り住む
引越しシーズンには覚えておきたいし、なかなかmoveって慣れるまで出てこないですよね〜（僕だけｗ！？）




５I’d always taken things for granted

意味：（カナダにあるものが）当たり前だと思っていた
過去完了マスターするにはこのフレーズ、シチュエーション最高ですね！
完了形苦手っていう人たくさんいるらしいけど、
心配ご無用！！（僕も苦手ですｗｗ）
この先死ぬほど出てきます　笑

６I have never realized

意味：気づきませんでした
僕の大好きなrealize♪
前はfindとか使っててネイティブに訂正されまくってましたけど、それ以来realizeが大好きになりました〜！！
「はっ」と気づいたらrealize 笑




７it’s not that cold

意味：そんなに寒くない
また出ましたね　笑
that cold
やっぱり使うんですよ！ネイティブさんは！




８I had gone to Tokyo for a photo shoot

意味：東京の写真撮影に行ってきたよ〜♪
はい出た〜♪
完了形！
でも・・・なんくるないさ〜(≧▽≦)/




９it’s going to be really cool

意味：最高のものになりそう♪
itが主語の時のbe going toは初めは苦手でした・・・
でも主語だいたいitでいいから、一旦it’s gonna beまで覚えたらあとはどーんと来いって感じですね♪




１０it’ll work out

意味：うまくいく
Positive会話目指してる人には必須アイテムだよね！？
僕はこのフレーズ・・・大好きです！！




１１that’s it

意味：うん、おわり〜
正直使い方、意味よくわからないんですよね〜笑
でも雰囲気ってことでOK？




今回も日常生活でなにげに使いそうな表現が満載でしたね♪
